SHIPPING AND INVENTORY INFORMATION

We do not keep all merchandise in inventory. Many of the products we sell are shipped via manufacturers or distributors/suppliers. On rare occasion, products may be located overseas. In those cases or for special order items, shipping times can vary from several days to several weeks. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist with any questions regarding longer shipping times.

We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. Please note: any items not in stock when you place your order will be shipped immediately when received from the manufacturer or distributor/supplier.

On the rare occasion that an item in your order is placed on back-order by the manufacturer or distributor/supplier, we will notify you and ship it to you as promptly as possible. Back-ordered products typically come into stock within one-to-four-weeks, but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 30 days, we will send you an update by email, at which time you may request a full refund.
